Just give us a call or email us and we
will come to your home or office and help diagnose and
fix the problem. It is as easy as 1-2-3 to get
your PC up and running like NEW!
STEP 1
Call
or email us.
Our services and fees will be explained to you and you
will have an opportunity to ask any questions that you
may have. We will then schedule a visit to your
home or office. Unlike the Geeks, HelpTechs will
schedule an exact date and time for your visit.
Not an inconvenient 4 hour window that requires you to
wait around all day. In some cases we are able to
come to your home same-day and most of the time we can
be there within 24 hours!
STEP 2
On the day of your visit,
simply wait for your tech to arrive at the scheduled
time. If your tech has to stay at a previous site
longer than expected you will receive a courtesy call.
We schedule a limited amount of calls each day so we are
usually running on time. When we arrive we will
begin with a quick Q&A and then proceed with our initial
diagnostic testing. We will discuss our test
results and explain our recommendations.
STEP 3
We will then
begin troubleshooting your PC issues and ask that you
remain at home while we are working. If we have
any questions during this time it will save us time (and
you money) if you or another person familiar with the PC
is available. When we are finished we will answer
any questions you may have regarding our troubleshooting
procedures and solutions. We will then present you
with an invoice which is due at this time. We will
be happy to accept MC/Visa, cash, or check as payment
for services. |
