COMPUTER REPAIR RATES
HelpTechs
now offers CostCap protection. When you bring your
laptop or PC in for service, we will give you a low end
and high end estimate. The high end is your
CostCap. We will not go over your CostCap!
This allows you to make an educated real cost, real
world decision on getting it fixed or buying a new or
used system from us. We are here to help you.
And to get you up and running again fast and without
breaking the bank! Our normal CostCap for virus
and spyware removal for example is $35-$140.
IN-SHOP SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
CHECK-UP - $9.99
We will run diagnostics on your computer and give you a
printed test results summary which will include detailed
information on the overall health of your system as well
as recommendations and customized tune-up tips. If
you decide to have us complete any of the tips for you
we will waive the $9.99 fee and In-shop rates will
apply.
IN-SHOP SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
TUNE-UP - $69.99
We will run diagnostics on your computer
and complete a comprehensive tune-up which will optimize
your systems overall performance. The tune-up is
great for those systems that have become slow or
sluggish over a long period of time. Our customers
are often amazed at the speed and increased performance
level of their systems!
IN-SHOP TROUBLESHOOTING AND
REPAIR - $35 per half hour
This is our flat rate for In-shop troubleshooting and
repair. We will ask you to give us a brief
synopsis of what troubleshooting and/or repairs you feel
are necessary. Many repairs are completed within
30-90 minutes. Please note that hardware repairs
and parts are not included.
HOUSECALL VISIT - $160
(includes up to 2hrs of service. $40/30 mins
addtl. time. $40 flat fee for each addtl computer)
For those of you who like the convenience of having a
technician come to your home! Housecall
appointments are available Monday -Saturday at 9:00am. We will run diagnostics on your computer
and make recommendations on optimizing your system.
Most calls are completed within 2 hrs.
SMALL BUSINESS VISIT - $200 (includes up
to 2hrs of service. $50/30 mins addtl. time.
$50 flat fee for each addtl computer)
